Description
- Lead the development of the property budgets and forecasts in accordance with the financial timetable.
- Responsible for management oversight of all resources involved in operations, e.g. recruitment, performance assessment etc.
- Serves as a point of contact for client operations and escalation
- Be responsible for achievement of the agreed financial targets for the account; revenue, expenses and debtors targets.
Profile
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Facilities Management, preferably with strength in Client Account Management as well as an understanding/experience in Engineering, Critical Environments & Project Management
- Has experience in managing teams and functions, across multiple locations & countries
- Has demonstrated experience in balancing the interests of the client with those of the Firm
- Has experience in translating client needs into existing or new business
