Our client is Top Tier property developer in Hong Kong. Currently, we are seeking for Property Manager with residential portfolio background to join the team. As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that properties are well-maintained, fully occupied, and provide a high-quality living experience for our residents.

Description

• Develop and implement property management strategies that maximize revenue and profitability
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure that properties are well-maintained and meet all safety and regulatory requirements
• Develop and manage property budgets, forecasts, and reports
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for property management operations
• Manage a team of property managers and support staff
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that property management operations align with the overall business objectives

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in residential property management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Good Command in Chinese and English
