Company Overview
You will be required to supervise an on-site team, manage daily property operations and maintain good tenant relationship for an investment property in Mid-Level.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
- Experiences in management of luxury residential properties
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in property management of which 2 years must be at supervisory level
- Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc
