Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder

• Minimum 5 year experience in sales / business development / key account field
• Experience in Building Material or Civil or Construction or Building Services industry is a must
• Have network with contractors, consultants, architects and developers is a plus
• Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Participates in business development and account management, solutions demonstration, presentation, and proposal preparation

• Handle project sales project from managing initial specification to providing after sales services
• Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Developers
• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals and expand our customer base
• Develop excellent relationship with prospect and current valued customers
