• We are looking for PROJECT & PRODUCTION MANAGER – with details as follows : 

THE JOB :

• You will oversee all aspects of the procurement of packaging including the planning, coordination, and implementation of production processes. 
• This role requires a strong understanding of packaging factories, as well as a focus on efficiency, quality control, and team leadership. 
• The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Review all projects currently in production to ensure they are completed on-time, on-spec and on-budget.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to meet production goals.
• Lead, mentor, and train a team of 5-6 members, fostering a culture of collaboration and safety.
• Analyze workflow and identify bottlenecks, implementing strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure reliable operation of packaging machinery.
• Ensure packaging meets company and industry quality standards by conducting regular inspections and audits.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging processes.
• Ensure all packaging operations comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact packaging processes.
• Work closely with R&D, marketing, and logistics teams to develop and implement new packaging solutions.
• 10+ years of experience in packaging production or equivalent, with 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and machinery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and packaging management software.
• Occasional trip to Shenzhen office (normally one trip per week, can same day return HK)
• 5 days work ; flexible working hours
• 13 months salary + bonus
• Annual leave : 20 days
