Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Manager in planning, executing, monitoring project activities and resolving issues to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Senior Manager for effective project management, including scheduling, meeting minutes, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
- Maintain comprehensive project records and documentation, ensuring easy access and version control
- Contribute to the preparation of high-quality presentations, reports, and other project-related materials as needed
- Assist in handling other departmental issues that may arise, acting as a liaison between the project team and other functions
- Perform secretarial duties for senior executives when necessary, such as arranging meetings and managing calendars
Requirements:
- University graduate with 1 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience as a project assistant or in a similar administrative or support role within a fast-paced, project-driven environment
- Extensive experience in managing the various components of brand communication, from strategy to planning, execution, and performance review
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Self-driven and motivated, fast learner
- Proficiency in MS word, excel, powerpoint
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua and Cantonese
