Company Overview

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned projects including progress, quality, cost and client relations;
  • Prepare submissions in accordance with the requirement of the Contract;
  • Proficiency in MS project and MS Office
  • Attend site meetings with the Client Representatives and other parties including Sub-Contractors;
  • Ensure the work done complies with the programme of works, follow up inspection on completion of remedial work;
  • Day-to-day management of projects;

Requirements

  • Degree in building studies or related disciplines;
  • 5 or more years relevant experience in building construction or fitting-out industry 
  • Hands-on site management and ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential;
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, meet deadlines and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is necessary;
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive, encouraging and motivating.
  • Driving license is an advantage
