Responsibilities

• Assist business unit heads to formulate their companies’ digital sales and marketing strategies.
• Explore new technologies in social media and various online marketing channels.
• Evaluate businesses model / workflows of each business unit and propose new technologies to improve customer shopping experience, brand awareness and revenue growth.
• Assist business unit heads to educate their subordinates to move from traditional marketing activities / business practice into the new digital era.

• Manage projects from initiation, planning, design to rollout.
• Provide analytic consultancy and coaching to business users.

Requirements

• Diploma graduate or above in Marketing, IT or relevant discipline with minimum 10 years relevant experience, preferably in publishing and retail industry.

• A tech-savvy with extensive knowledge in retail/wholesale IT technologies, e-commerce, social media, instant messaging, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and be able to present technical information in an understandable manner to business users.

• Analytical-minded with good business acumen and capable of translating business requirement into detailed user requirement specification.

• High level of initiative and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability.
