Responsibilities

• Planing, manage, control and monitor construction project works
• Monitor the work progress of the project, sub-contractors’ performance and resolve daily problems arise during and after the course of project
• Identify potential construction problems, investigate preventive measures, standardization, and innovate technique in related to selective construction process
• Review, advise and resolve on contractual, technical matters and comment on sub-contracts in related to the project

Requirements

• Degree or above in Building/Civil/Structural Engineering or any equivalent 
• At least 15 years solid experience in sizable building works projects management of main contractors
• Member of HKIE, CIOB, HKICM or HKIS, etc. will be an advantage
• Strong ownership to meet the project requirements
• Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and English
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Deputy Project Manager.
