Responsibilities:

• Assist Contract Manager in handling the overall administration of maintenance and construction works/ A&A works;
• Supervise the sub-contractors and site workers to ensure the progress of site works;
• Other ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Any professional institution qualification;
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in construction works;
• Strong organization and leadership skills with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills;
• Proficient in spoken and written in both English and Chinese;
• Good command in PC skills.
