Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for assisting a Senior Management to handle the project;
  
• Management issue like cashflow, progress monitoring, contractual and safety issues;
  
• Co-ordinate with Divisional or Department Heads in solving minor project issues independently.

Requirements: 

• Degree in Building / Civil / Structure or related disciplines;
• Member of HKIE / MICE / IStructE / CIOB;
  
• Qualified Authorized Signatory (AS) will be a definite advantage;
• All rounded exposure in civil and building projects;
  
• Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience preferably gained from a main contractor in Building Construction Field;
  
• At least 5 years' of which should be in local building organization in the capacity of site management;
• Good understand of the Building Department's regulations is a must;
• Sound management and interpersonal skills.

** Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
