Client Details

Our client is a prominent and reputable company in the real estate industry, specialising in property development. Currently, they are seeking for Project Manager with Renovation, A&A project background to join the team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large scale of renovation projects.

Description

• Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication, alignment of project goals, and timely resolution of any issues.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, and ensuring their successful execution within agreed time-lines and budgets. maintain project budgets, closely monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality and safety.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work adheres to industry standards
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and permits throughout the project life-cycle.
• Prepare regular progress reports, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Profile

• Degree in Project Management, Architecture, real estate or related discipline
• Minimum 5-6 years of project management experience
• Strong in communication, interpersonal skills
• Candidate with Commercial/Residential portfolio background
• Good command in English and Chinese
