Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, government departments and relevant organizations on project planning, design and implementation;
• Consolidate project requirements from various stakeholders in finalizing project briefs to produce preliminary and detailed designs, tender / construction documents and to manage the procurement and construction process;
• Manage and execute project events, seminars and workshops;
• Supervise marketing materials of events hosted by WTIA;
• Oversee administration and logistics duties;
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
• Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders in achieving project objectives;
• Coordinate with consultants, government departments and relevant organizations on project planning, design and implementation;

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above with around 3 - 5 years Event or Project management experience; preferable in Business, PR and Marketing background
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
• ICT project management, Government IT project is a plus
• Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and innovative approach to business planning
• Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people
• Unwavering commitment to quality programs, events, activities
• Project management skill with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholder
• Persuasive and passionate communicator
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Passion, idealism, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed
