Responsibilities:

1. Oversight of projects implementation for strategic initiatives and manage stakeholders engagement in the projects;
2. Define, establish and implement best practice in project management from conceptual stage to implementation;
3. Manage project scope, planning, execution and control;
4. Develop and maintain project plans throughout the project life cycle;
5. Outline the assignment of project roles and responsibilities at both strategic and operational levels;
6. Maintain clear visibility on the progress of projects;
7. Address issues and risks that arise during the project;
8. Identify and manage inter-project dependencies and ensure consistent processes across projects; and
9. Perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

1. University Degree or above in Computer Sciences, IT or related discipline. Holder of PMP is a definite advantage;
2. Strong technical background and at least 6-year relevant experience in project management;
3. Proven track record of working on complex Application Integration project (preferably open API) with multiple stakeholders;
4. Proven track record of working on large scale and multi-teams projects;
5. Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
6. Assertive, well-organized, result-oriented and having good problem solving skill with analytical mind;
7. High level of initiative and able to manage multiple projects; and
8. Highly driven and motivated with a can–do attitude and with a desire to drive change in the organization.
