Accountabilities:
- To ensure all relevant licenses and permits are issued on time for the project including negotiating with the landlords, utility companies and statutory authorities
- To evaluate the technical feasibility of all potential projects for both new and existing restaurants
- To coordinate and monitor all restaurant development processes to ensure the project runs smoothly to meet the timelines and within budget
- To manage the consultants and contractors and provide regular feedback on their performance
- To prepare the cost estimates, monitor the approved budget and exercise all cost control measures
Applicants should:
- Well-versed in handling FEHD licensing application procedure
- Possess 5 years’ relevant experience
- Degree holder in Quantity Survey
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, presentation, communication and MS Office/Project skills
