The Job

• Responsible for project planning and execution, overall control, monitor project progress and work quality.
• Meet with process owners and end users to define business process and operation requirement and resolve issues.
• Coordinate and perform in-depth testing, including end-user acceptance testing, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.
• Create end user documentation of the end to end business processes.
• Train (train the trainer concept) key users on business processes
• Capture business benefits, ensure solutions will deliver the benefits and track the delivery of those benefits to the business
• Liaise and coordinate with internal project teams, business units, Group Offices, consultants and service providers
• Provide support on other ad hoc analysis and assignments

The Person

• Degree or above in Accounting or equivalent with CPA qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferable in retail, manufacturing or FMCG industry and
• 5 years of project management experience with proven successful experience in system implementation with vendors and business partners
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Experience in robotic process automation and HFM is highly preferred, and hands-on working experience of SAP is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Fast paced, proactive, detail minded and self-driven to excel on tasks
• Strong analytical, logical, problem solving skills and business acumens
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and tactful in resolving conflicts
• Be a good leader with excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills
