Duties:

• Follow OEM development and QA project schedule
• Coordinate the different stages of the product development (prototypes, molds, production, product and material sourcing).
• Make a valuable contribution in cost negotiations
• Maintain the highest levels of quality standards
• Shorten development lead-times
• Willing to stay in China factories for Daily Trip
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering
• At least 5 yrs of experiences in toys manufacturing
• Must have Plastic toys experiences is preferred
• Familiar with safety requirements
• Work independently, hands - on mentality, pro-active attitude, Creative
  
• Good in communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is preferred
