THE COMPANY :

• We specialize in water system leisure & wellness facilities including swimming pools, water features, musical fountains, water parks, spa facilities, artificial waterfalls, health club facilities, and ice skating rinks.
• Our services include planning, design, supply of equipment, installation, maintenance, and other related technical services.
• Our main clients include government entities, property developers, hotels, clubhouses, spa companies, design consultants, and direct corporate clients in Hong Kong & Macau.
• We are currently seeking a PROJECT ENGINEER  - with details as follows :
  

THE JOB :

• Reporting: Report directly to the Senior Project Manager.
• Project Management: Participate in project management from the preliminary stage to completion.
• Client Interaction: Understand clients' needs and provide professional project management services.
• Contractor Oversight: Oversee the work of contractors and sub-contractors.
• Progress Monitoring: Ensure project progress aligns with deadlines.
• Education: Tertiary educated in Engineering / Building Services or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years in E&M engineering or related fields.
• Field Exposure: Experience in E&M/fitting out works, interior design, plumbing and drainage systems, swimming pool projects, building services, spa, or hotel construction projects.
• Additional Skills: Experience in plumbing systems or electrical control systems is an advantage.
• Specialized Projects: Experience with swimming pool, water feature projects, hotel projects, or similar projects is a significant plus.
