Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or related discipline
• 3 years solid working experience in building, renovation project and A&A works
• Hardworking, strong problem solving skill with customer oriented service attitude
• Proactive, drive to success and able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Good knowledge of PC skills in AutoCAD
• Hong Kong Permanent Resident is a must

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and coordinate with clients and sub-contractors
• Review design and change of design during installation whenever necessary
• Control work quality and safety in accordance with the clients' requirements
• Monitor progress of project and report to the Project Manager about any critical changes and potential impacts on cost and / or compliance
