• Manage certification projects for electrical products.
• Handle customer inquiries related to international approval.
• Collaborate effectively with various business departments to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Maintain documentation in the database.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong ability to work under pressure.
• Experience working in testing laboratories or certification bodies is a plus.
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Active learning ability
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
