Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a full range of operation on site project, including but not limited to daily operations management, maintenance, facility management, contractor handling, relationship building with local authorities & tenants as ensuring compliance with PRC legislation
• Monitor the performance of team members for achieving the requirements of projects
• Ensure smooth operations of the team for providing high quality of service
• Planning and implementation of the new marketing plan
• Knowledge for full set of drawings & documentation (the design, construction plan, detail drawings, 3D renderings etc)
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Construction or Facility Management or related discipline
• 8 years or above relevant experience with at least 3 years at managerial level
• Familiar with the whole process of site / project operations; preference to the candidates with property development, management experience
• Experience in PRC commercial projects is highly preferable 
• Able to cope with fast changes, tight schedules, diverse environment, and have excellent follow through
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Strong leadership & organization skills with knowledge of PRC legislation
• Good PC knowledge
• PRC management is a MUST
• Station in Xuzhou & occasional travel to other site is required
