Responsibilities:
- To assist Project Manager in preparation of project document, in-house coordination between department and site
- To work with internal and external parties to organize various components needed to initiate, run and conclude major projects
- To coordinate project schedules and activities, placing orders for supplies and services, tracking progress and results
- To handle ad hoc project as directed by Project Manager and department head
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Management or Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years construction experience with at least 2 years in related façade works is highly preferred
- Effectively bilingual with good verbal and writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
- Well organized, able to work independently and under pressure
- Applicants with less experience may be considered as Assistant Project Co-ordinator
