Project Associate in the Estates Office (Ref.: 522485) (to commence as soon as possible till June 30, 2024)

Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Architecture or Surveying.  They should have good communication skills and comprehensive computer knowledge.  They should also be proactive and willing to learn.  Possession of a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) issued in accordance with Chapter 59 of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance (i.e. by attending the relevant safety training courses which are recognized by the Commissioner for Labour) or equivalent, is required. 

Depending on the post assigned, the appointee will assist in campus projects, day-to-day building maintenance, improvement works or alteration works.  He/She will be involved in the tendering process, site progress monitoring and coordination works in relation to projects planning/works execution.

The appointee might be considered for another post after this employment subject to his/her performance and availability of funding.
