Description 

  • Participate in Hong Kong Residential projects;
  • To assist the Senior Manager / Manager to carry out his/ her daily tasks;
  • To liaise with the Sub Contractor, Client and lead the project team towards the execution of efficient, cost effective works and cost control
  • Coordination within the Company and Project Consultant Team;
  • Follow up and coordinate consultant team to ensure a timely delivery of quality outputs;
  • To monitor and manage project information and assist day to day project administration duties;
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as requested.


Requirements:
 

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business administration or relevant disciplines;
  • Min. 8 years solid secretarial experience;
  • Mature, detail-minded and result-oriented
  • Good skills in MS Office, MS Project and other common software;
  • Project Management and BIM skill would be considered in higher priority;
  • Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills and able to work with minimal supervision;
