THE JOB :

Report to Sales Manager
Provide support to Sales team in orders/projects follow up
Liaise with sales team for all business activities, orders and delivery issues
Communicate with internal parties to ensure customer’s requests are fully adapted
Ensure accurate and on-time production orders, order status reports and delivery time schedule, etc.
Consolidate and update reports from internal and external parties
Provide administrative support for the sales team
Handle all ad-hoc projects assigned
2+ experience in watch industry is an advantage
Experience in using SAP or MRP/ERP program is preferred
Proficient in English & Chinese
Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
