Responsibilities

• Responsible to provide service administration support;
• Responsible for planning and coordinating programmes and activities for cancer patients and care-givers;
• Provide assistance to support appeals, campaigns, events, outdoor activities and other community service;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned, and
• Shift duty is required.

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above;
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience;
• Organised with strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently;
• A mature team player good at multi-tasking;
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Experience in social service or NGO is preferred;
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage, and
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Chinese word processing is a must.

** Applicant with less experience will be considered as Programme Assistant.
