The appointee will be responsible for providing frontline administrative support to the College of International Education (CIE) at the Shatin Shek Mun Campus. The appointee is required to assist mainly in the following areas: a) general administrative duties pertaining to the Division of Arts and Languages; b) programme admission and registration; c) record keeping; and d) student activities and College functions, such as admissions, information day, orientation etc.
Minimum Requirements:
Applicants who have completed secondary education, with at least 5 passes in HKCEE including English Language (at least Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007) and Chinese Language (at least Level 2 from 2007), or at least 5 subjects attaining Level 2 in HKDSE including English Language and Chinese Language will also be considered.
The initial appointment for the above post will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
