  • Footwear manufacturer
  • Main product : leather casual shoes
  • Factory : Cambodia 3000-4000 workers
  • Main market : Europe, for international footwear & lifestyle brands
  • We are looking for Production Manager  – with details as follows :  
The Job :
  • Report to Business Owner
  • You will oversee the production operation of the Cambodia Plant (3000-4000 workers) 
  • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day factory operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
  • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
  • Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
  • Allocate resources effectively and fully use assets to produce optimal results
  • Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide direction
  • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
  • Collect and analyze data to identify places of waste and provide solutions
  • Commit to plant safety procedures
  • Proven working experience at managerial level in footwear manufacturers
  • Experience in leather casual shoes is highly prefer
  • Good communications in English
  • Work experience in offshore factories is a plus
  • Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
  • Work based in Cambodia Phnom Penh (金邊) (1.5 hours from airport)
  • 12 round trip air ticket per year
  • Annual leave : 14 days
  • Hong Kong employment contract
  • Accomodation & meals provided
