Client Details

My client is well known distributor and is looking for a Product Development Manager expert in cosmetic and skincare products and the ingredients inside.

Description

• Manage the product development work with laboratories and factories testing sampling and costing
• Monitor and work with packaging suppliers on private mold packaging development from the process of concept, engineer drawing, prototype to production mold
• Source and negotiate with OEM suppliers about the contract terms, pricing and qualify requirement
• Manage product specification, task level progress tracking and long-term product strategies
• Lead quantitative product data collection and analysis through experiments, market research, user case studies, and competitive analysis of products

Profile

• Education in relevant discipline
• 5 - 8 years product management experience in beauty industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strong knowledge in the ingredients of beauty products
