Our client is one of the leading Chinese Corporate Bank with strong presence in China and Hong Kong. Owing to rapid expansion, they are looking for high caliber candidates to join their Bank.

Job Description

• Responsible for undertaking financial and accounting issues relating to Treasury
• Oversee calculation of statements and other financial reporting in line with business requirements
• Prepare daily P/L, MTM, risk indicators and reconcile the figures with Planning and Finance Department / Risk Department regularly
• Reconcile treasury management account with financial account of the Bank
• Perform Asset & Liability Management function through reviewing the liquidity policy in accordance to the Management decision
• Participate in product development project
• Analyze and explain the different trends in performance and risk profile
• Liaise with relevant departments on market risk monitoring and treasury system development related matters
• Review and upgrade treasury system to support operation of treasury

Job Requirement

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines
• With over 3 years’ experience in treasury finance
• Experience in treasury market or market risk wil be a plus
• In-depth knowledge in treasury finance and accounting, such as P/C calculation, mark-to-market, FTP, liquidity, reconciling treasury management account with financial account
• Pracitical skills in treasury accounting and finance (e.g. MTM, IAS39, IFRS9, Basel II requirements)
• Knowledge in regulatory requirements (HKMA)
• Strong presentation skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
