Client Details

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Family Tutor to work with a family in Hong Kong Island. The Family Tutor will be responsible for providing academic support to two kids family, as well as helping to create a positive learning environment within the home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.

Description

-You will be plan, prepare and deliver lessons, measures student learning and promotes student growth.

-You will assist daily family-affairs, homework, and daily extra- curriculum activities

-You will ensure your students achieve learning outcomes by instructing students in a clear, concise and fun way, and regularly preparing lesson plans that are engaging the curriculum

-You will evaluate students' progress and discuss the results with students and/or their parents.

- Develop and implement personalized learning plans for each child according to their individual needs, strengths, and weaknesses.

- Provide academic support in a variety of subjects

- Work with parents to create a positive learning environment at home, including setting up a study area and establishing consistent routines.

- Identify and address any learning difficulties or challenges that may arise, and provide additional support or resources as needed.

- Monitor progress and provide ongoing feedback to parents and children.

- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and update parents regularly.

Profile

- University graduation or equivalent preferred

- Proven work experience as a tutor or in a similar role and familiar in GCSE

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin required

- Fluent English speaker (Native Accent)

- Patient, energetic, and responsible individual

- Strong passion in education, with a positive attitude and a growth mindset

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
