Company Overview


Our client is a leading global financial services company is currently looking for an Account Management Officer to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Review Clients' Account Opening documentations for adequacy and regulatory and internal requirements
  • Support Relationship Managers and their Assistants to complete required documentation
  • Execute account opening processes across the various systems
  • Ensure that Accounts are opened in the systems in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform system input and static data maintenance task related to client accounts
  • Work with Legal and Compliance and other stakeholders on documentation requirements
  • Assist any ad hoc duties as required


Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or business related disciplines
  • 1-2 years experience in back office or middle office in a banking environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Vlookups, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong judgment, alertness and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
