Company Overview
Our client is a leading global financial services company is currently looking for an Account Management Officer to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Review Clients' Account Opening documentations for adequacy and regulatory and internal requirements
- Support Relationship Managers and their Assistants to complete required documentation
- Execute account opening processes across the various systems
- Ensure that Accounts are opened in the systems in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform system input and static data maintenance task related to client accounts
- Work with Legal and Compliance and other stakeholders on documentation requirements
- Assist any ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or business related disciplines
- 1-2 years experience in back office or middle office in a banking environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Vlookups, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Strong judgment, alertness and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
