Responsibilities:

• Handle RFQs/RFIs response mainly on Air and Ocean, but not limited to PO Management, Warehousing & Domestics Transportation
• Coordinate with respective departments to consolidate the informative data for the tenders (RFQs/RFIs) submission in accurate and timely manner
• Evaluate pricing and support with related analysis to maximize the chance of winning
• Interact with company pricing parties and understand their local access product offerings

Requirements:

• Degree holder, major in logistics or supply chain management preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Industry, or at least 2 years’ experience in pricing/tender, Sales Support or Account Executive with experience on general pricing would also be considered
• Demonstrate analytical, numeric skills and awareness
• Excellent computer skills especially Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
