Job Responsibilities:
- To continuously strengthen the Company’s positioning through various media opportunities, including press conferences, media interviews and enquiries, networking events, etc.
- Responsible for writing and editing internal and external communications (e.g. press release and invitations, newsletter, online content, publications)
- Coordinate various events including press conferences, anniversary, seminars, etc.
- Oversee market research, bringing in new business opportunities
- Manage client relationships and liaise with external parties to ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner
- Superior presentation and analytical skills, plus demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously
- To provide secretariat support to the related Committee(s)
Requirements
- Bachelor degree with related majors
- Minimum of 5 year experience in the field of Public Relations / Marketing & Communication role
- Strong copywriting, communication and presentation skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments
- Self-confident and sociable – ability to network effectively
- Proficient in various computer programs, including Microsoft Office, Illustrator, Photoshop and Social media platform, etc
