Responsibilities:

• Chiefly manage and implement research projects and prepare high quality policy papers or campaign materials on Oxfam’s global campaigns relating to Corporate Social Responsibility
• Communicate Oxfam's perspective on poverty issues with public through public speaking ,writing position paper and articles
• Collaborate with foreign affiliates on key Oxfam-wide campaigns
• Develop and strengthen relations with partners and other key stakeholders working on Oxfam’s campaigns
• Conduct lobby meetings with international organizations, Government, legislators, political parties, companies and related authorities
• Formulate and evaluate the strategic and annual plans

Requirements:

• Degree holder, with at least 5 years’ relevant working experience
• Practical experience in campaign, policy research and/ or advocacy
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal, presentation, analytical, writing and communications skills
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is highly desirable

Candidate with less experience may be considered for the post of Assistant Policy Research Officer
