Policy Owner Services Manager - Insurance co
Responsibilities:
- Participate in various life system projects, managing project quality and delivery
- Drive business requirement discussions and collaboration with key operation users to conduct feasibility analysis and determine cost & benefits
- Liaise closely with operation users, BA and IT teams to set project milestones, ensure effective delivery of solutions and timely resolution of disputes
- Develop deep understanding of the business & system and actively contribute to future business
- Prepare management report and data analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder with minimum 5 years life insurance experience in system development projects
- Good team player, self-motivated and independent
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skill with different levels
- Good command of both written and spoken English
