Our client is a life insurance business with a strong footprint in Hong Kong. Due to continued expansion of their operations in Hong Kong they are looking for a strong candidate with policy servicing experience to join their team in a new opportunity.

This role will be responsible for maintaining high quality services of daily operations, specifically ensuring that we are in compliance with AML and regulatory business requirements.

The Role:

• Assisting the Department Head by monitoring teams’ daily operation activities, performances and qualities in an effective way to assure smooth daily operations
• Responsible for leading team members to provide quality services to channel partners relating to the department in a timely and professional manner in compliance with regulatory, especially AML and business requirements
• Play a key and active role in departmental projects when required
  

Qualifications:

• Degree holder with professional insurance qualification (e.g. FLMI and ACS)
• 10 years or above policy administration experience in life insurance industry with 5 years in supervisory level
• Proactive, with strong sense of responsibility
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under high pressure with professional business acumen
• Proficient in Excel, Access and/or MIS tools
• Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese
