Responsibilities

• Participate in project management construction, such as project constitution, institution, processing and standard
• Assist the review and assessment of project investments, monitor compliance and project governance, undertake Portfolio Management across all HKA projects and oversee the benefits tracking reporting process
• Promote the execution of Project Life Cycle , Project management methodology, improve project benefit, quality and customer satisfaction
• Provide project management consultancy, training, the guidance and supporting of management ways and toolings
• Responsible for measurement and analysis of project progress, provide related project analysis report regularly
• Responsible for organizing and maintaining project files and databases
• Assist to monitor the project budget, schedule meetings and prepare presentations
• Develop policies and procedures
• Oversee the activities of project managers and collaborate with superiors to develop plans and evaluate progress

Requirements

• Professional designation in Accountancy preferable
• Minimum 4 years of project or finance experience, or experience in working in PMO and/or managing projects, budget and financial tracking
• Proficient with MS Office in particular an advanced user of Excel and MS Project or other project management software
• Strong analytical mind, organising and planning skills
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with a high standard of written and spoken English
• Agility to work within a team environment
• A quick learner with the ability to work independently, be self-motivated and attentive to detail
• Strong reporting skills by producing reports, documentation and presentations, MS Excel experience
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
