The Hong Kong Arts Development Council runs various cultural internship scheme and scholarships to support local arts managers with leadership potential to participate in structured arts administration internship and training programmes in overseas and Hong Kong. We are looking for a Manager to in charge of the said training projects. Duties include liaising with overseas institutes to secure internship opportunities, promoting and recruiting candidates, monitoring the implementation of selected candidates’ study plan.

Requirements:

• University graduate or equivalent with minimum 5 years relevant experience in arts and cultural sector. Preference will be given to those have working experience in running arts education or scholarship projects;
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua will be an advantage; self-motivated, well-organized and excellent communication skills;
• Able to work independently and lead a small team to accomplish the assigned tasks;
• Proficiency in Excel, statistics and related skills will be an advantage;
• Knowledge and interest in arts would be an advantage.
