Responsibilities:

• Promote Bank's corporate & community image
• Deliver quality service to customers and answer customer's enquires
• Acquire new customers and depositors through customer referral activities and localized / bank wide promotion programs
• Support Branch Manager and Relationship Manager in delivery of retail banking and wealth management services through proactive cross selling and promotional programs
• Provide back-up support to branch operations
• Comply with the internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines is preferable
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in financial industry preferably with branch exposure
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• PC knowledge
• Fresh graduate with no prior experience will also be considered
