Responsibilities:

• Champion the one-stop personal banking services at branches
• Solicit business opportunities by providing quality services and promoting retail banking products to the mass-market customers
• Identify existing and prospective customers' needs of financial services, including but not limited to bank account opening, mortgage, credit card, personal loan, insurance and other banking products & services

Requirements:

• More than 1 year of relevant banking experience in branch frontline customer service / sales
• IIQE paper 1, 2, 3
• HKSI paper 1, 7, 8 is definitely an advantage
• Proficient in both Cantonese and English, fluency in Putonghua is preferable

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Personal Banking Manager
