The Performance Marketing Manager drives paid media strategy for full marketing programme. He/she will ensure highest ROI in paid media dollars, with aim to drive acquisition and retention. He/she will identify and build paid media capabilities within the marketing department, and work with partners or agencies to fill the necessary gaps. He/she will be an expert in paid media landscape, trends and platforms/tools within the marketing department.

The Job

• Define our overall performance marketing strategy, and specific performance marketing strategies that support individual campaigns.
• Drive awareness, site visits, app downloads and retention by designing implementing, testing and scaling paid media campaigns across most relevant advertising channels. Manage, execute and optimize online paid media efforts.
• Identify opportunities with paid media platforms, tools and trends
• Identify required resource to build performance marketing capabilities within the marketing department, aiming to run all online paid advertising in-house, to drive highest ROI of paid media dollars, and ensure fastest reactive times to consumer or business needs.
• Be the most up-to-date expert on paid media landscape in Hong Kong.
• Educate and share updates internally.

The Person

• Degree in eCommerce, Marketing, other related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 - 4 years working experience in related discipline
• Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
• Strong analytical background and attention to detail with ability to use data to measure performance and determine improvements
• Ability to tie marketing programs to ROI metrics
• Passionate about eCommerce and digital marketing
• A good team player with sound analytical and problem solving skills, willing to take challenges.
