Preparing cakes, pastry, desserts, chocolates and bread; Operating and monitor ovens, dough
and slicing machines; Preparing ingredients; Purchasing ingredients, monitoring ingredient
inventory; Monitoring food quality and hygiene; Allocating manpower and training staff;
Managing the operation of kitchen; Assisting in other kitchen duties.
Knowledge of preparation of Neapolitan pizza dough is essential
Working Hours: 11.00 - 21.00 (including hour meal break). 9 hours/ day, 6 days/ week.
Shift Work is not required
Language requirement: Fair spoken and written english
Minimum Entry Requirements: Primary 6, 1 year relevant experience, Knowledge of preparation of Neapolitan Pizza Dough
