Responsibilities:

• Provide professional guest services to guests
• Promote AsiaWorld-Expo by interacting with guests through different promotional activities
• Handle the ticket checking to verify tickets validity
• Ensure no prohibited items are brought to the halls
• Direct and escort audiences to their seats in halls in a polite manner
• Perform effective communication with guests or organizer
• Visually sweep the hall to check for potential safety issues and lost & found items
• Enforce house rules and ensure the audience meet all the house rules in a professional manner
• Handle enquiries of customers by demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the facilities in AWE and the event arrangement

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in hospitality, convention, tourism, business or relevant disciplines
• Proficient in English and Chinese (including Putonghua), simple communication in Korean or Japanese is a plus
• Customer oriented & good communication skill
• Proactive, energetic and high learning agility
• Passionate in event & hospitality industry
• Willing to work on shifts (6 to 10 hours per shift between 0900 – 2330 hours)
