Responsibilities

• Assist in daily training team administration duties such as data input, data checking and data filing;
• Supporting training team with preparation of training materials;
• Translating training materials from English to Traditional Chinese;
• Provide support in any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing;
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills;
• Detail-minded, mature, independent and responsible;
• 2-4 working days per week;
• Immediately available is preferred;
• Working location: Wong Chuk Hang (2 mins walk from MTR)
