Responsibilities :

• Repair to IT / telecommunication equipment (e.g. PC, notebook, printer, Monitor, etc) spare part, even circuit board level repair and electronic components soldering.
• Perform PC/Telecommunication device troubleshooting and diagnostics (including Standard Software & Hardware).
• Provide PC/Telecommunication device’s OS and software installation.
• Handle customer inquiries, keep documentation of assets and service records.

主要職責:

• 負責IT/通訊設備 (包括: 電腦, 筆記型電腦, 列印機,電話及螢幕)之配件, 零件至電腦板, 維修及焊接
• 懂電腦/電話及列印機故障排除 (包括標準軟件及硬件)
• 懂電腦系統和標準軟件安裝
• 提供IT服務及技術支援予客戶, 保存整齊服務紀錄

Requirements:

• F.7 or above with engineering certification and 1 year working experience OR F.5 with 2 years relevant experience will be considered
• Very Skilful in PC/Telecom device, & electric component’s troubleshooting, soldering
• Well discipline, good manner and responsible

學歷要求:

• 中五程度及具兩年相關工作經驗或中七程度持有電子工程學證書及具1年工作經驗,
• 非常熟悉電腦/電話配件,及零件至電腦板, 維修及焊接技巧,
• 能遵守紀律, 有禮貌及富責任感
