Responsibilities:

• Provide overall support to the purchasing function for assigned categories
• Communicate with suppliers, follow through from all sample, product development, ordering, shipment to replenishment
• Work with factories, QA and warehousing team to ensure materials in timely arrivals
• Develop and source new products / suppliers in accordance with company direction
• Maintain good relationship with suppliers and monitor product quality, inspection and claims follow-up

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years working experience, preferably in FMCG/Cosmetics/Beauty industry
• Diploma or above in Purchasing or business related disciplines
• Responsible, strong price negotiation skills and able to work under pressure
• Sensitive to numeral data and good analytical skill
• Good command of Cantonese & Mandarin
