Company Overview
Responsibilities:
- Mainly backup for Accounting and Admin. Dept.
- Provide accounting support including data entry, updating and filing documents, employee database maintenance including leave records update, staffs’ expenses claim forms, etc.
- Have to work during Receptionist’s holidays (as a receptionist: handling phone calls, arrange couriers, serve visitors, provide administrative support, data entry, etc.)
- Outdoor work required sometimes
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- F.5 graduated or above
- Minimum 1 year of relevant job experience, preferably in sizeable company, fresh graduate will be also considered
- Experience in administrative work will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing)
- Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work 2-3 days (9:30am - 6pm) per week usually; during receptionist’s holiday, may need to work more than 3days.
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Benefit:
- Working Location: Wanchai
- Working hours: 09:30-18:00 (1 hour meal break)
- Salary: $550/day
