• Undergraduate in any discipline
• Provide assistance in organizing company ceremonies & promotion campaigns
• Responsible for data entry of registrant’s information, badges production, telephone follow up and event material preparation etc
• Marketing support, data entry and phone follow-up experience is highly preferable
• Proficient in various MS applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Contract Period: Mid April to end of June
• Working Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., 2 - 5 days/week available is preferred. (Please state your available working hour on CV)
