Responsibilities

  • Responsible for answering customers’ enquiries and complaints in professional manner
  • Troubleshoot for fault case and provide technical support to customer
  • Data entry of service registration


Requirements

  • Form 5/ DSE or above
  • At least 1 year customer service working experience
  • Experience in Telecommunication industry would be a definite advantage
  • Good telephone communication skills, fluent in Chinese and conversational in English
  • Basic understanding on MS Office applications
  • Able to work 3-4 days per week
